8th Grade Promotion

At Junction Ave TK-8 School, 8th Grade Promotion is a special milestone made possible through the dedication of our parent community. Led by the PTO Director of 8th Grade Promotion, a committee of enthusiastic 8th grade parents works throughout the school year to fundraise and organize memorable events for our departing class.

What We Fundraise For

  • 8th Grade Dance: A fun night of music, food, and celebration for students.
  • Pre-Ceremony Breakfast: A special morning gathering for the 8th graders on promotion day.
  • Promotion Ceremony: Decoration, logistics, and special touches for the official event.
  • Class Gift: A lasting souvenir or tradition for every graduating student.

Get Involved & Support

  • Participate in Dine Out events planned throughout the school year that directly support 8th Grade Promotion.
  • Donate to the Class of 2027: Help us reach our fundraising goals to make these events accessible and exciting for every student. Donate to 8th Grade Promotion Here.
  • Join the Parent Planning Group: Connect with other 8th-grade parents, stay updated on event plans, and jump in to help organize. You'll need to download the Band app to participate. Join the 8th Grade Parent Band Group.
