Garden

The garden is an outdoor classroom program, run by volunteers and funded by the PTO and generous grants! The Junction Parent Garden Gnomes maintain this outdoor classroom and rotate through classrooms across all grade levels to teach students about growing food and sustainable gardening.

The garden was officially regenerated and renovated from the ground up in 2023, in collaboration with PTA parents, Junction's middle school Ag Science class, and the nonprofit group Fertile Groundworks; we're blooming again!

Love watering, maintaining, planning, harvesting or sharing your passion of gardening? We have weekly, bi-monthly, monthly & annual volunteer time slots to keep our garden watered, weeded, and growing minds of students! Email garden@junctionpto.com for more information.
