First Trimester Schedule Change Requests

If you wish to make a schedule change, you must fill out this form by Friday, August 22, 2025 to be considered for a change.  Please answer the form with with your full name, student ID, the class(es) you wish to change, and the reason for the schedule change request. We will try and honor all requests. You will hear from the office by August 25, 2025. Schedules will not be changed after this day. 

 

Second Trimester Schedule Change Requests

Schedule change requests will ONLY be considered due to special circumstances.  A request must be made prior to the Friday before the start of the second trimester. Schedule change requests will not be considered once the first day of the second trimester occurs.  To make a schedule change request in the second trimester and parent or guardian must email Mr. Vilkins at jvilkins@lvjusd.org.

 

Third Trimester Schedule Change Requests

Schedule changes requests in the third trimester will not be considered.
